HIA Health Account Plans Do you like the idea of an HSA account, but can’t find the funds to get one started? Health Incentive Plus Accounts (HIA plus plans) are similar to HSAs but can start you off with money to apply toward medical expenses as it diminishes your deductible. These accounts are also designed to reward you for getting healthy. If you don’t incur any medical expenses; your account balance will roll over year after to year, as long as you stay with the plan.
